📦 SHIPPING
1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Since we use a print-on-demand partner (Printify), your items are made especially for you after you place your order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, and shipping time depends on your location, usually between 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your item ships.
2. Why did my items arrive separately?
Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, your items may be shipped from different locations depending on the product type and availability. This means you might receive your items in separate packages.
3. Where are your products printed and shipped from?
Our products are printed and shipped from various fulfillment centers around the world, including the US, UK, Europe, and Australia. Printify automatically chooses the most efficient partner for your location.
4. Can I return or exchange my item if it doesn't fit?
Since our items are made to order, we do not offer exchanges for size or change-of-mind returns. Please refer to the sizing guide carefully before ordering. If your item arrives damaged or with a print error, we will happily replace it free of charge.
5. What happens if my order is delayed?
We’ll always do our best to ensure fast delivery, but sometimes unexpected delays happen. You’ll be able to track your order through the tracking number provided. If it’s been more than 15 business days and you haven’t received your order, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
6. Why does the print smell a bit funny when I open the package?
This is totally normal for printed garments. Sometimes there’s a slight vinegar-like smell from the printing process. It disappears after the first wash.
7. Are your products eco-friendly?
We work with print providers that are committed to sustainable practices, including water-based inks and reduced waste. Because items are only made when ordered, we avoid the environmental impact of mass production.
8. My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll get a replacement sent to you at no extra cost.

How do I know what size to order?
Check out our [Size Guide] — we’ve made it easy to find your fit. If you’re between sizes and prefer a looser feel, we recommend sizing up.
Will the designs fade after washing?
Nope — not if you treat them right. Wash inside out, in cold water, and hang dry for best results. Check our [Garment Care Guide] for more details.
Are your designs original?
100%. All artwork is designed by our very own in house artist, Joel. You won’t find these anywhere else.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and Shopify Payments. For local customers in

Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, reach out to us with your full name and order details.
Do you offer custom designs or bulk orders?
